Guidance through my approach to working on small torsos / female forms. I'll show you how I relate this work to the anatomy of your own body. How you can learn so much by being in your own body, and understanding where to find the active part of your posture

We will play with two different techniques: additive (think Giacometti) and subtractive (carving, think Michelangelo) to create beautiful sculptural torsos, that celebrate the female form.

What you need to know if choosing Air-dry Clay

• Choose from Terracotta colour or Grey Stone colour or both

• This is air dry clay so does not need to be fired in a kiln

• THIS IS NOT FOOD OR LIQUID SAFE

• YOU CANNOT USE THIS FOR TABLEWARE

• This is good for modelling, sculpting and carving
